Refund Policy & Service Agreement
Mr. Suds Window Cleaning

At Mr. Suds Window Cleaning, we take pride in providing high-quality exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services. By scheduling or accepting services from Mr. Suds, you agree to the following Refund Policy and Service Agreement terms.
1. No Refund Policy
All services provided by Mr. Suds Window Cleaning are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of cleaning services, once a service has been completed, the time, labor, equipment, and materials used cannot be recovered. For this reason, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances once services have been performed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand the scope of services before booking.
2. Service Satisfaction
If a customer believes an area was missed or requires attention, they must notify Mr. Suds within 24 hours of service completion.
At our discretion, we may offer a touch-up or correction of the originally agreed service, but this does not constitute a refund or partial refund.
3. Acceptance of Risk & Property Condition
By scheduling services, the customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or structural issues, including but not limited to:

Loose window seals
-
Damaged window frames
-
Oxidized or deteriorated surfaces
-
Loose or aging gutters
-
Improperly installed solar panels
-
Cracked glass or weakened materials
Mr. Suds Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, poor maintenance, or structural defects.
4. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Suds Window Cleaning shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the performance of our services.
Our responsibility is limited solely to the performance of the cleaning service requested.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Inform us of any fragile surfaces or known property issues before service begins

Ensure safe access to the property

Secure pets and remove obstacles that may interfere with service

Provide water access if required
Failure to disclose property conditions may release Mr. Suds Window Cleaning from liability for resulting damages.
6. Service Agreement Acceptance
By scheduling, approving, or accepting services from Mr. Suds Window Cleaning, the customer confirms that they:

Have read and understood this Refund Policy

Agree to the No Refund Policy

Accept all terms outlined in this Service Agreement

Release Mr. Suds Window Cleaning from liability related to undisclosed property conditions
7. Policy Updates
Mr. Suds Window Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy and Service Agreement at any time. Updated policies will be posted with the revised effective date.
