Welcome to Mr. Suds Window Cleaning (“Mr. Suds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and communications related to our exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By requesting, scheduling, or using Mr. Suds Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Mr. Suds Services

1.1 Service Requests

Customers may request services through our website, phone, email, or social media platforms. By scheduling a service, you confirm that the information provided about the property and services requested is accurate.

1.2 Property Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for service completion. Mr. Suds is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe working conditions.

1.3 Service Conditions

Service results may vary depending on:

  • Surface condition

  • Age of materials

  • Environmental factors

  • Pre-existing damage

Mr. Suds will perform services with professional care but cannot guarantee restoration of surfaces that are permanently stained, damaged, or deteriorated.

1.4 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Inform us of any fragile surfaces or existing damage before service

  • Secure pets or obstacles that may interfere with service

  • Ensure water access if required for certain cleaning services

Mr. Suds is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

2. Pricing and Payments

2.1 Service Fees

Service prices will be provided through estimates or quotes. Prices may vary depending on property size, condition, and requested services.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Online payment platforms

  • Other approved payment methods

2.3 Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to services.

2.4 Late or Non-Payment

Failure to provide payment may result in additional fees, suspension of future services, or collection action if necessary.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments will be scheduled based on availability and confirmed with the customer.

3.2 Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as rain, high winds, or other safety concerns.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in service refusal.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, website content, images, and marketing materials used by Mr. Suds Window Cleaning remain the intellectual property of Mr. Suds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers may not use Mr. Suds branding to represent themselves as affiliated with the company without written authorization.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee permanent removal of stains, oxidation, or mineral deposits.

5.2 Property Conditions

Mr. Suds is not liable for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing structural issues

  • Loose seals or window frames

  • Fragile or deteriorated materials

  • Improperly installed gutters or panels

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Mr. Suds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Services.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Good Faith Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good faith communication before pursuing legal action.

6.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

7. Updates to These Terms

Mr. Suds Window Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted with the revised effective date.
